All the products we supply and install are of course covered by full manufacturer’s guarantees (usually twelve months). In addition to this we will be pleased to offer full refunds or replacements for products that are damaged while in transit to you, or malfunction within the guarantee period through no fault of your own. Any installation work carried out by Business Phone Systems Direct also carries a full twelve months guarantee.

How long will it be before I receive a refund for any items that I return?
If you have followed the correct returns procedure outlined in our Returns Policy section, then we will endeavour to deal with your return within 48 hours. If everything is deemed in order then a full refund will be despatched to you straight away. If there are any problems with the item/s returned then our staff will contact you immediately and inform you of the situation. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable and it is advisable to take out insurance on the item/s to be returned, as Business Phone Systems Direct will not be held responsible for any damaged caused while in transit to our company.
