At BPSD-IT we pride ourselves on providing our customers with a wide selection of superior quality products. However, it is occasionally necessary to return or exchange an item that you have purchased from us. To ensure that we can offer you the best service and deal with your return promptly, please make sure you read and comply with the steps below:

  1. Complete the returns form above (except the returns number section)
  2. Print out two copies of this form using the print button at the end of the page (keep one copy for your own records).
  3. Click on the "SEND" button to email it to our returns department.
  4. Allow 48 hours for us to email you with a "returns number".
  5. Write the returns number in the appropriate section of your printed forms.
  6. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring to include one copy of the printed return form, and all items as supplied (e.g. accessories, cables and manuals).
  7. Write the returns number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
  8. Return to the address at the bottom of this page.

Please note: The returning of goods is the responsibility of the customer. It is advisable to insure any products to be returned as BPSD-IT cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged while in transit back to us. A valid "returns number" must accompany all returns in all instances. Failure to include this will result in a delay with the processing of your return. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service that provides you with proof of receipt, for added security and peace of mind. If you don’t accurately follow the procedure outlined above, your return may take longer to process or even be rejected when it is received by us.
